September 2019 Extraordinary Extension NC 4-H Congress The North Carolina 4-H Congress Youth and Donor Brunch was Monday, July 22. At the event, youth connected with the donors who make scholarships, engagement events, and conference attendance possible. There was over 60 4-H youth scholarship recipients, 21 youth were 4-H Portfolio winners, and 23 youth were National Trip recipients. Attendees also gave gratitude to this year's Acorn Award recipients, Vance Dalton, and Carroll Moseley. Additional images from the event can be viewed here.
