Inspire Others to be Substance Free

Health Rocks!® addresses the challenge of reducing tobacco, alcohol, e-cigarette/vaping and drug use. Youth socialize with each other through social media, video calling, and text messages several times a day or even hour. This year, we are giving youth an opportunity to share information with their friends that encourages healthy living, leadership, and positive peer influence.

The theme for this year's digital creation contest is: Inspire your friends to be substance free!
