District Officer?

If you have youth interested in running for District Officer Positions please review the information below. 

All of the District Officer Forms have been updated and a NEW District Officer Candidate Checklist has been created. In the Google District Officer Nomination Folder you will find the following: 

• District Officer Guidelines (Covers nomination process, voting procedures, etc.) 
• District Officer Nomination Form / Form II - (A fillable PDF form that candidates must complete and return to you for approval prior to running for office.) *This is the form that should be uploaded into your District Folder by Feb. 19, 2020 (see below). 
• NEW District Officer Candidate Checklist (PDF that you can shared with youth interested in running for District Office.) 

Nomination Process: 

        1. If you have youth interested in running for District Office they need to complete the District Officer Nomination Form / Form II and return it to you for your approval / recommendation statement / signature(s). 

• To run for a District Officer position youth need to be 14 years of age (4-H age) and have been a member of 4-H for two years. 

       2. You will need to "Upload" all of your "Approved" District Officer Nomination forms in the Google District Officer Nomination Folder no later than Feb. 19th. *Please upload your forms into your District Folder and in the applicable Officer File.
