COMMEMORATING BLACK HISTORY MONTH   This month, with support from Nationwide, National 4-H Council President & CEO Jennifer Sirangelo shares stories from African American 4-H alumni who are creating opportunities for all kids and communities through innovation and leadership.    Her first interview is with Dr. Robert Jones, a GA 4-H Alumnus and Chancellor of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he leads efforts to eliminate the opportunity gap through a commitment to affordable and accessible education.
