On August 4, the Robeson Regional Agricultural Fair Board President, Allen Faircloth announced that our own D. J. Brown received not one but two scholarships.  The local fair awarded D. J. $1,000 for college tuition and the North Carolina Association of Agricultural Fairs (NCAOAF) also awarded D. J. $2,400 in scholarship funds.
